All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment for repair services is due after the repair is completed and before the equipment is returned to you.
We ship within the UK via Evri. Shipping times are estimates and tracking info provided upon dispatch.
Inbound Repairs:
All 3D printed items are made to order; minor variations may occur. Personal use only; no resale.
Cleaned, tested, and restored to full working order with a 60-day limited warranty (excludes misuse).
Diagnostics may carry a fee. While we operate a no fix, no fee policy, we reserve the right to charge a bench fee for diagnostics in certain cases.
Repairs include a 60-day warranty for the fixed issue. Back up your data before sending your device.
After completing the repair and confirming with you (we may email to confirm approval), payment is due in full before equipment return.
Accepted within 14 days for defective/not as described items. Customer pays return shipping unless faulty.
Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or downtime.
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms anytime; changes posted here with a new effective date.
