Terms and Conditions

  1. Products and Services Offered
    • Patreon-licensed 3D printed products and original in-house designs
    • Custom sublimation products (including mugs, tumblers, and aluminum prints)
    • Refurbished gaming consoles and accessories
    • Console repair and diagnostic services
  2. Ordering and Payment

    All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment for repair services is due after the repair is completed and before the equipment is returned.

  3. Shipping and Delivery

    We ship within the UK via Evri. Shipping times are estimates and tracking information is provided upon dispatch.

    Inbound Repairs:

    • Repairs must be sent using Evri; Sunny's Workshop is not responsible for shipments sent via other couriers.
  4. Patreon-Licensed, In-House & Sublimation Products

    All 3D printed and sublimation items are made to order. Minor variations in colour, finish, or placement may occur. These items are for personal use only and may not be resold.

  5. Refurbished Consoles

    Refurbished consoles are professionally cleaned, tested, and restored to full working order. They include a 60-day limited warranty, excluding accidental damage or misuse.

  6. Repair Services

    Diagnostics may carry a fee. While we operate a no-fix, no-fee policy, we reserve the right to charge a bench or diagnostic fee in certain cases.

    Repairs include a 60-day warranty covering the repaired fault only. Customers are responsible for backing up all data before sending devices.

    Once repairs are completed and confirmed (approval may be requested via email), payment must be made in full before the device is returned.

  7. Returns and Refunds

    Non-custom items: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

    Custom or personalised items (including sublimation and made-to-order prints): These items are produced specifically for you and are not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind. If a custom item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    Sunny's Workshop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or downtime.

  9. Privacy

    Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  10. Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
