Please read these terms carefully before using Sunny's Workshop products and services.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment for products is required at checkout. Payment for repair services is due after the repair is completed and before the equipment is returned.
We ship within the UK using Royal Mail. Shipping times are estimates and tracking information is provided upon dispatch.
Inbound Repairs:
All 3D printed and sublimation items are made to order. Minor variations in colour, finish, size, texture, or placement may occur. These items are for personal use only and may not be resold.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any images, logos, trademarks, names, artwork, or copyrighted material supplied for custom products. Sunny's Workshop reserves the right to refuse any design request that may infringe intellectual property rights, contain offensive material, or violate applicable laws.
Refurbished consoles are professionally cleaned, tested, and restored to full working order. They include a 60-day limited warranty covering hardware faults arising under normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, software modifications, cosmetic wear, unauthorised repairs, or faults caused after delivery.
Diagnostics may carry a fee. While we operate a no-fix, no-fee policy, we reserve the right to charge a bench or diagnostic fee in certain cases.
Repairs include a 60-day warranty covering the repaired fault only. This warranty does not cover unrelated faults, accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, further damage caused after return, or repairs attempted by another person or business.
Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data before sending devices for repair. Sunny's Workshop accepts no liability for any loss, corruption, or damage to data during diagnostics, repair, testing, shipping, or storage.
Once repairs are completed and confirmed, payment must be made in full before the device is returned.
Devices that remain unpaid or uncollected for more than 90 days after repair completion or customer notification may be disposed of, recycled, or resold to recover storage, repair, and administrative costs. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the customer before this occurs.
Non-custom items: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Custom or personalised items, including sublimation and made-to-order prints: These items are produced specifically for you and are not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind. If a custom item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Sunny's Workshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or downtime arising from the use of our products or services. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
